트럼프의 TruPulse는 "통합 레이저 관리" 시스템 개념을 도입한 레이저 장치입니다.레이저 장치 내의 모든 기능들이 실시간으로 모니터링 되며, 자가 진단이 가능합니다.또한, 한대의 레이저로 6곳의 작업 공간에서 동시에 사용할 수 있는 "6분기"시스템 원리가 적용되어 있습니다. 트럼프 "원격 서비스" 시스템은 트럼프 본사의 엔지니어가 레이저의 모든 이상을 진단하고 원격으로 서비스 할 수 있는 기능으로서 서비스 및 장비 진단 시간을 줄여주어 고객의 생산성을 높여주는 기능입니다.
어플리케이션 마법사 기능과 스캐너 용접 기능
어플리케이션 마법사는 세계 최대 레이저 장비 회사인 트럼프의 35년 경험이 녹아있는 소프트웨어입니다. 철,구리,알루미늄 등 여러 재료의 초기용접 조건들이 소프트웨어에 들어 있으며, 펄스 모양을 포함한 최적의 용접 조건을 레이저 스스로가 선택해 주기 때문에 초기 작업을 쉽게 시작할 수 있습니다. 또한, PFO라는 스캐너 용접 헤드를 사용하여 작업물 위의 일정한 작업 반경 내에서 원거리 용접이 가능합니다. 스팟 용접에 관련된 사이클 타임을 타용접 방법과 비교하여 보통 6배까지 줄일 수 있습니다.
